I like it because it goes beyond shallow tutorials and expects real understanding of the development workflow.
MIT CSAIL
A compact but extremely useful course about shell usage, editors, automation, version control, and command-line tools.
It improves day-to-day developer work almost immediately, especially if you live in the terminal.
